Smoke Signal is Arizona-based firm specializing in high-value services for U.S. homeowners. We're building a high-performance outbound call team, and we're looking for an elite Sales Floor Manager with flawless English, proven call center leadership experience, and the ability to drive a team to consistent weekly and monthly results.
This role is for someone who has managed outbound sales teams before, understands U.S. homeowner psychology, and thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
If you have 7+ years of BPO experience, strong outbound leadership, and the ability to hit ambitious targets — this is a top-tier opportunity.
What You Will DoDaily Leadership (10:00–11:30 AM MST)
- Run daily sales training, accountability meetings, motivation, and role-play sessions.
- Review scripts, refine objection handling, and build team culture.
- Train new reps on system usage, dialing routines, and CRM discipline.
