Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Operator to join our team. The primary role of the Call Center Operator is to handle incoming calls efficiently, provide accurate information, direct calls when needed, and maintain a high standard of customer service. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and maintaining short and efficient call handling times in line with company standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.

  • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
