Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer to all calls received and communicates with technicians on the issues highlighted by customer.
To ensure all breakdown reports are received on timely basis.
To update Depot Manager if calls are not attended by technician.
To perform all other work as and when assigned.
To attend all the miri alarm, update miri system and register miri portfolio.;
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or at least 2 years working experience in office administration
At least SPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent qualification.
Good planning and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to start immediately will be advantage.
