Call Center Operator (Shift Work)

Job Details:-

• To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses
• Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up
• On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority
• Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up
• Performance Incentive of $100 every month

Job requirements:-

• Must have enforcement experience either in SPF, Auxiliary Police or any relevant enforcement roles.
• Able to do rotating shift work (10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am)
• 2 days work / 2 days off
• Salary : $2500 Per month
