Location: On‑site – Cebu, Philippine Operations Center Global Solutions, Inc., Cebu, Philippines. 
Full‑time. Fresh Graduate/Student Diploma required. 
Job Description Helps customers with questions and concerns about products or services through chat support. 
Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and concerns about products or services. 
Respond to chats and apply solutions. 
Qualifications Senior high school graduate. 
NBI clearance. 
Proficiency in English. 
Customer Service experience. 
Problem‑solving skills.
