Remote Call Centre Agent – Colombia (Saturday and Sunday)

We are hiring a Remote Call Centre Agent in the Philippines to join our fast-growing international team

You'll cover the weekend shift for Spain (9:00 AM – 16:00 PM Colombia time) and help ensure our clients get timely, professional, and friendly support.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls and route them to the right team
• Use multiple internal systems and our call software confidently
• Support Spanish- and English-speaking clients and partners
• Collaborate with our team in Spain to keep operations running smoothly

Note: Call volume is moderate – fast-paced but manageable.

Requirements

• Excellent internet connection and stable workspace
• Full-time availability, including weekends
• Strong IT skills (comfortable navigating multiple systems at once)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
