Location: On-site (Garden Town Near Barkat Market , Lahore)
Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift 7pm to 4am)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced both welcome
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English required)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Prior call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory
