About the Role

We are looking for 
experienced Final Expense Insurance Call Center Agents
 to join our growing remote team. This role is for professionals who already understand 
U.S. final expense life insurance sales
 and are comfortable speaking with senior customers in the United States.

You will work from home and handle inbound and/or outbound calls, explain policy options, and help customers choose the right coverage based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with 
  U.S.-based customers
• Explain 
  Final Expense / Burial Insurance
   products clearly and honestly
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs
• Assist customers through the application process
• Maintain accurate call notes and customer information
