Outbound Call Center Representative – U.S. Homeowner Campaign
Location: Remote (Pakistan or Philippines)
Schedule: U.S. Mountain Standard Time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST)
Compensation:
- $400 Base Salary
- $100 Sit Bonus (when you hit 28+ monthly sits)
- $300 Sales Conversion Bonus (when your appointments lead to 8+ sales monthly)
- Target Monthly Earnings: $800 US
Smoke Signal is an Arizona-based firm specializing in high-value services for U.S. homeowners. We are building a high-performance outbound appointment-setting team, and we're searching for elite English-speaking Call Center Representatives who can consistently hit activity and conversion targets.
