Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate and timely information and resolutions
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
• Follow company procedures and meet performance targets
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate or higher
• With at least 6 months of BPO experience or no experience at all – fresh graduates are welcome!
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
