Call Center Specialist

Location: Onsite, Blue Area, Islamabad

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with prior call center industry experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This position may require client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (local and international market)
Generate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing
Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the call center industry (BPO, telesales, inside sales, etc.)
Proven sales track record with strong closing skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Comfortable working night shifts
