Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist based in Lahore. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with the team. Additionally, the specialist will utilize computer systems for documentation and managing customer interactions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic to advanced Computer Literacy for managing call center tools and documentation
Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
