About the Role: We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach call center agents to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare and analyze call center reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
