Call Centre Agent

Afrirent (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Call Centre Agent who will handle inbound and outbound calls and communication from Afrirent customers in order to provide information and arrange breakdown and maintenance support. The role is responsible for the provision of high levels of customer service.

Customer Service and Query Resolution

• Answers calls via the call centre line professionally and efficiently
• Captures customer information accurately on Fleet Domain and creates reference numbers
• Schedules maintenance and / or repairs of vehicles and notifies service providers
• Responds to queries timeously and provides feedback to customers on outcomes and / or the status of repairs
• Books vehicles in for mechanical repairs
• Follows up with service providers on the status of vehicle repairs / maintenance
• Updates information on the system timeously to ensure that records are accurately maintained
