 What you'll be doing on the job 
To ensure all Direct Credit bank account registration transactions are attended and meet/ exceeded department’s performance metrics and standards.

Attending to simple correspondence, ICM and telephone enquiries from policyholders, branches and agents relating to Direct Credit matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via different channel, i.e Email, letter, ICM, Call Centre escalations.

Any ad-hoc duties as and when given by the management.
