About the Role
As the Call Centre /
Enquiries Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient 24/7
service across Nelson and Wairau Hospitals
and community areas, working closely with other hospital services.
You'll have a team of Telephone Operators and Enquiries
Staff reporting to you which you'll need to demonstrate excellent leadership,
knowledge and provide ongoing support to your team members, ensuring a positive
working culture.
The Call Centre is the hub of the Hospitals. You will need to ensure all calls for service
including emergency situations from Nelson
