Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and processes
• Schedule and coordinate appointments as required
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution
• Ensure service standards and response timelines are met

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level
• Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is an advantage
