Call Centre Officer

Working Location: 55 Ubi Road 1 Singapore

Salary Range: Basic $2,400 to $2,500 + OT

Working Hours:

Mondays - Friday | 0800hrs to 1730hrs

Alt Sat| 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Working days: 5.25 days per week

Rest Day: Every Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls from customers
• Make appointment for customers for servicing
• Assist with service advisors on call centre matters
• General Admin duties
• Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced as a Receptionist or customer service ground job preferred
• Experienced working as a call centre agent with automotive background will be an added advantage
• Customer orientated with high level of service attitude
• Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
• Positive working attitude
