Call Centre Officer

Working Location: 55 Ubi Road 1 Singapore

Salary Range: Basic $2,400 to $2,500 + OT

Working Hours:

Mondays - Friday | 0800hrs to 1730hrs

Alt Sat| 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Working days: 5.25 days per week

Rest Day: Every Sunday

Job descriptions:

• Handle phone calls from customers

• Make appointment for customers for servicing or repair

• Assist with service advisors on call centre matters.

• Perform active calling to customers to remind customer on the service due and to propose a schedule appointment

• Responsible to reply any incoming email from myAudiworld which requested by customer for their servicing appointment

• Perform follow up call on any related recall or service campaign

• General admin duties.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
