Call Confirmations Specialist

Role Summary

The Call Confirmation Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Marriage Reset prospects prior to their scheduled Zoom calls. The role exists to support the sales team by managing calendars, confirming appointments, and ensuring prospects are informed, prepared, and able to attend their evaluations as scheduled. In addition to prospect communication, the role oversees the technical coordination of scheduling systems and integrations and provides first-line support to resolve access or platform issues that may impact appointment delivery, enabling the sales team to focus on conducting high quality evaluations and enrollments. All interactions are conducted with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company standards in support of Marriage Reset's mission to help men strengthen their marriages.
