We are looking for a Senior Architect to join the Madrid office of Urko Sánchez Architects — a globally awarded boutique architecture firm with deep cultural roots and a strong international presence.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with creative vision and cultural sensitivity, bringing together aesthetics, heritage, and contemporary needs to create meaningful, contextual architecture.

You’ll play a key role in design leadership, project direction, and team coordination within a studio that designs across Africa and the Middle East, with a firm commitment to quality, honesty, and contextual intelligence.
