Position: Call Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Onsite – Propstar Technologies
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation: Open budget — highly competitive, based on expertise and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in monitoring and evaluating calls
Apply analytical thinking to identify communication gaps, trends, and improvement areas
