LOCATION: Onsite – Propstar Technologies
SHIFT TIMING: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
COMPENSATION: Open Budget (Based on expertise and experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for quality assurance
Score calls based on predefined quality metrics and KPIs
Provide structured and constructive feedback to agents
Identify performance gaps and recommend training improvements
Ensure compliance with scripts, call flow, and company standards
Prepare detailed QA reports and maintain accurate documentation
