Calling Agent – UAE/GCC Market

DIGIT-IT is urgently hiring experienced Calling Agents for the UAE / GCC market. This role is strictly for sales professionals and closers with proven dialing experience.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in UAE / GCC market calling
• Strong background in sales, telesales, outbound calling
• Proven closing and objection-handling skills
• Experience with auto dialer / manual dialer
• Excellent English communication
• Target-driven, commission-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound sales calls to UAE/GCC clients
• Pitch services and close deals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call logs and follow-ups
