Job Description
We are looking for confident and motivated Cold Calling Agents to contact potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The role involves high-volume outbound calls, handling objections professionally, and accurately recording call outcomes.
Timings: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided lists
Introduce and explain company products or services clearly
Identify customer needs and qualify leads
Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Handle objections politely and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
