Calling Agents

Trigency360 is hiring Calling Agents for our night shift team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, confidence over calls, and prior experience in lead generation or telesales.
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Achieve daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

• 6+ months of relevant experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
