ESFORGE Pvt Ltd is expanding its advanced manufacturing operations and is looking for a skilled CAM Engineer with hands-on experience in generating and optimizing toolpaths for CNC Milling, Turn-Mill, and CNC Turning machines. You will play a critical role in translating engineering designs into efficient, production-ready machining programs for precision mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, simulate, and optimize CAM programs for CNC Milling, Turn-Mill, and CNC Turning machines.
Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies for different materials (steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, etc.).
Generate setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation for production.
Perform toolpath verification and collision checks to ensure safe and efficient machining.
