Cambrian College is hiring seven Clinical Practice Nurse Clinicians for its nursing programs. In this role, you will supervise and assess nursing students in their clinical rotations, assign appropriate patient care tasks, and ensure adherence to professional practice standards. You'll work collaboratively with faculty and healthcare teams to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise student performance in clinical placements
• Assign patient care to enhance learning experiences
• Orient students to policies and ethical care standards
• Support student learning through effective mentoring
• Record and evaluate student clinical performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory
• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario required
