Camp Cook / Assistant Cook

Northwaters & Langskib is excited to welcome a dedicated and proactive Assistant Cook to our Lake Temagami island base camps this summer. This full-time, seasonal position runs June through August/September. As an Assistant Cook, you’ll work in collaboration with our Head Cook, assisting in preparing three homemade, nutritionally balanced meals daily for varying numbers of campers and staff, ranging from 10 to 60, while accommodating a diverse range of dietary needs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a mature, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience cooking for large groups, be comfortable living in a communal summer camp environment, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic, nature-focused setting.
