Patient, calm, and attentive, able to manage a group of children safely and confidently. Detail-oriented, ensuring no child is left unsupervised or exposed to hazards or allergens. Flexible and creative, able to adapt planned activities to keep campers engaged. Energetic and enthusiastic, bringing a positive attitude and team spirit to the camp environment. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, and in varying weather conditions. Able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
