This role requires a passionate individual to guide CEO guests through an enriching 4-week program focused on leadership development. As you live and eat alongside the guests, your responsibilities will include organizing activities, leading discussions on Christian principles, and ensuring a fun, safe atmosphere. You will play a critical part in their leadership journey while encouraging personal growth through group dynamics.
