Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Camp Coordinator, the Team Lead will lead a cabin team of 4‑5 counselors to provide care and support for 14‑16 individuals with disabilities. This role fosters an inclusive environment, ensures personal care, behavior management, and supervision, and is on‑site 24/5 while campers are present.
