JOB SUMMARY The Fowler Center of MCHS Family of Services is a non-profit camp for people of all ages with disabilities.

We are looking for a committed, dynamic individual to join our year-round leadership team as a Program Supervisor.

This position is responsible for summer and respite camp programming, as well as developing and leading travel adventures and group events.

The Program Supervisor acts as the On-Site Administrator for summer camp sessions on a rotating basis with the Camp Director and runs Weekend Respites as On-Site Administrator, regularly observing staff members at camp, providing coaching, encouragement and necessary corrections..   II.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ensure delivery of creative, innovative, fun programs to participants in seasonal camps, respite camps, day programs, school field trip programs, Travel Adventures, rental groups and community events.
