AIC Phil LLCA Campaign Administrator operates various campaigns: Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, IVC and IVR. This involves communication with internal Operational and Support Staff, in addition to external such as Clients and/or Vendors. The Campaign Administrator will monitor and review campaigns making adjustments where required, in addition to the deployment and administration of new campaigns.
