**Role Purpose:**

This role is responsible for the **ideation, planning, execution, and effectiveness analysis of sales and marketing campaigns** for the Crop Protection business, in line with brand, portfolio, and market development strategies, to achieve volume and revenue goals. The incumbent will work closely key stakeholders to design and deploy impactful market development campaigns, communication material, and sales enablement tools that strengthen market penetration and demand generation.
