Campaign Analytics Team Leader

About The Job
The primary role is to oversee a team responsible for the creation of communication and offer-based campaigns.
What You'll Do
Set up communication and offer store campaigns (batch /real time) in RTDM
Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and segmentation opportunities.
Use analytical insights to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
Maintain documentation of campaign specifications, workflows, and results.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Manage, mentor and train team members
Closely coordinate and manage stakeholders
What You Need To Have
At least 5 years of experience in CRM Campaigns or marketing campaigns
