Job description:

Campaign Leads are responsible for leading end-to-end execution of influencer and TikTok Shop campaigns for clients. As strategic project owners, they manage internal influencer marketing specialists (Campaign Managers), guide campaign design, coordinate implementation, and ensure timely, effective delivery that meets client objectives.

Campaign Leads collaborate closely with Community Managers, Strategists, and clients to align deliverables with platform best practices, performance goals, and brand voice. Their focus is on execution excellence, performance analysis, team coaching, and continuous campaign optimization
