Job Responsibilities
Build and manage campaign system for Arcade users including acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization and reactivation
Design campaign mechanics, reward structures and incentive programs to drive ARPU and engagement
Develop long-term campaign roadmap and execute large-scale user operations
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize operational strategies
Coordinate with product, tech and growth teams to ensure efficient execution
