Campaigns & CRM Associate

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage weekly communications: 3 SMS blasts and 2 email newsletters per week in collaboration with the Content Producer.
• Draft clear, compelling SMS copy and structured email outlines using approved templates; maintain a centralized copy bank.
• Oversee Terry's Circle loyalty operations—manage the monthly voucher calendar, campaign schedule, push notification drafts, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with eCommerce to ensure correct website links and UTM tracking for campaigns.
• Maintain a KPI dashboard covering outputs, clicks/replies, code redemptions, and branch feedback.
• Prepare and submit the monthly Marketing report (narrative + KPI tables) by the 5th working day.
