Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 plus $500 bonus after a successful probation period.
Schedule: Full-time, permanent position with weekend availability required. Consistent schedule with two consecutive days off each week. Candidates may choose to commute or stay on-site during the scheduled work week.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager plays an important leadership role in keeping our Sundance campground safe, functional, and guest‑ready year‑round. This position oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative maintenance planning, asset management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and day‑to‑day maintenance operations.
