Campus Head/Principal

Our school is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Head with a minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role at our Junior & High Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the design and implementation of the school's curriculum.
Managing the admissions process and effectively communicating with parents.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including resolving any arising issues.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, teachers, and coordinators to foster a positive and supportive school environment.
Monitoring student well-being, organizing events, conducting meetings, overseeing assessments, and ensuring the school year runs seamlessly.
Committed to upholding the school's ethos and values in all aspects.
Requirements:
Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university. A Master's degree and/or international experience is preferred.
