We are looking for someone with 5+ years of expertise in campus hiring within the US Staffing, BPO, or Call Center industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end campus recruitment programs, building relationships with educational institutions, and creating a strong pipeline of entry-level talent. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
