CAN Assistant Store Manager (Ottawa)

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager performs sales and customer service in an effective and efficient manner, representing Interstate Batteries to customers and the public. The role includes management activities in the absence or direction of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell products and services by consulting with retail and commercial customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.


• Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot battery and electrical system issues; perform installations as needed.


• Support daily store operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and execution of company policies and procedures.


• Assist in managing store performance, monitoring sales, margins, and key metrics.
