(CAN) Co-Manager

Position Summary

To support the Store Manager in managing store operations according to company guidelines and lead associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable store sales. Plays an active role in their own professional development, along the path to becoming a Store Manager.

What you'll do

1. Drive profitable sales: Achieve sales and profit goals, manage budgets, and analyze sales/financial reports to respond to market changes while controlling expenditures. Communicate sales results and guide interpretation of results.
2. Operational management: Create operational plans with support from the Store Manager, delegate tasks, ensure optimal store conditions, and implement new store programs while monitoring inventory and replenishment.
3. Asset protection and safety: Execute and monitor asset protection, safety controls, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
