(CAN) Consumables Lead Department Manager

Position Summary To assist in the leadership of Consumable Associates and department processes through partnership with the Consumables Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.

Assesses the overall presentation of Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
