(CAN) Food Lead Department Manager

Position Summary

To assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Assist in directing and coordinating task completion based on priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assess the overall presentation of Food Departments, note deficiencies, and execute merchandising display changes as required.
• Delegate and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Support scheduling as needed.
• Assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks across the store.
