(CAN) Food Lead Department Manager

Position Summary Assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping them make purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Assist in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.

Assess the overall presentation of Food Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.

Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
