Position Summary

The People Lead supports the Store Manager and leadership team by leading human resources functions that promote compliance, engagement, and operational excellence. This role ensures fair and consistent employment practices, develops talent, and fosters a culture aligned with Walmart’s values through effective communication, training, and digital innovation.

Minimum rate of pay: starts from $20.85. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
