(CAN) Produce Department Manager

Position Summary

To lead all Produce Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service while meeting production targets.

What You'll Do

• Receive merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately and monitor for repair, administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation.
• Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, training and development of all Produce Associates.
• Lead by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and aiding purchase decisions.
