Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of Fresh areas and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You’ll Do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Fresh Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow‑up on completion of daily Customer Availability process tasks.
